Adult Social Care and Mental Health Care

• The Adult Care Team can be contacted for urgent personal care queries or urgent referrals on 0845 124 4500 between 8:00am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday. 
• We know that not all unexpected major problems happen during normal office hours or can wait until the next day. Social Services provides an Out of Hours team that is there to help with these emergencies. To contact the Out of Hours Team, telephone 01604 626938.
