Q: How much does it cost to join the library?

A: It is totally free to join the library and it is extremely easy to do. Just call in at your nearest library and you can join there and then, membership covers you for all libraries. As a member you can borrow books, audio books, CD's, computer games, DVDs and videos. For more information visit the joining the library webpage.

Q: When is my library open?

A: The library webpage gives a list of all 36 libraries across Northamptonshire. Click on the name of your library to find out its opening hours, contact details and the services offered.

Q: Where are the local country parks?

A: The country parks within Northamptonshire and managed by Northamptonshire County Council are Barnwell, Brixworth, Fermyn Woods, Irchester and Sywell. They offer plenty of ways for you to enjoy the countryside. All the parks have parking, refreshments and toilet facilities. A: Northamptonshire Sport is a partnership is based around the county of Northamptonshire and includes: schools, sports clubs, local National Governing Bodies, Disability groups, Youth Service, the Police, the Health Authority, Sport England, Universities & Colleges, and all Local Authorities.
