Creative Support provides residential care, community outreach, domiciliary care, supported living services, and innovative day services for people with a learning disability.
Community Connecting
This service enables adults with learning difficulties to build friendships and have fun in their community. The service offers small group activities and individual 1:1 activities, based on each person’s interests and goals. The various group activities include ‘Cook-and-Eat’, arts and crafts, Zumba, and visits to local places of interest.
Domiciliary Support
This service provides personal care and help with other practical household tasks to individuals living in their own homes. it ensures people receive a person-centred service that meets their needs and reflects their personal lifestyle choices. The service includes support to access community services and facilities.
Activities
Creative Support Northamptonshire also organise:
- Social events (including day trips, discos, Sunday lunch clubs, and events such as Northampton Carnival)
- Weekly drop-in sessions

This is a Framework Provider for Northamptonshire Adult Social Services offering care and support for people with a Learning Disability.
