Learning, Independence, Volunteering, and Employment (LIVE) is a specialist team operating within North and West Northamptonshire Councils. They provide bespoke support to individuals with learning disabilities and other related barriers to employment. They aim to provide meaningful opportunities, raise aspirations, and empower individuals to fulfil their potential and exceed expectations.

Learning independence volunteering employment (LIVE) is a specialist team operating within the local authorities. It provides bespoke support to individuals (with learning disabilities and related barriers to employment) in four key areas – Learning, Independence, Volunteering and Employment.

They aim is to provide meaningful opportunities, raise aspirations and provide support with an empowering ethos to enable individuals to fulfil their potential and exceed expectations.
