Christians Against Poverty at Mount Pleasant Baptist Church provides free award winning Debt Advice for anyone who is struggling with unmanageable debt and struggling to budget.

• Face to face counselling
  This can take place in your own home and will guide you through your journey to become debt free
• The CAP Money Course
  this is a free educational course that will teach you budgeting skills and a simple, cash-based system that works. In just three weeks, you will get to grips with your finances so you can budget, save, and prevent debt. The CAP course is open for all ages
• CAP Debt Centre
  This uses a combination of face-to-face home visits, budgeting advice, debt management, creditor negotiations, insolvency services, and befriending. CAP are uniquely placed to help people on a low income (and socially disadvantaged people) escape debt.
