Service description:
Formed in 2002, UR Actors currently have around 23 members aged between 8 and 16 years. The club aims to enable youngsters to have fun while developing the skills of drama and performance. Futhermore, they develop new friendships and grow in self-confidence.
The UR Actors programme includes an annual production, with rehearsals running from September to February. All members are guaranteed a part. From February to July, they work on improving the skills intermixed with various workshops. These include activities such as puppet theatre and make-up, sometimes led by specialist guests.
