Phab is a national charity that supports social activities and sports for children and adults in England and Wales. Their programmes are fully-inclusive and can be accessed by everyone.
Phab was founded on the principle that people with disabilities and non-disabled people should have an opportunity to share in a programme of exciting activities on equal terms.
Phab have over 170 clubs throughout England and Wales, each offering friendship and fun to children and adults of all abilities and there are four regular clubs in Northamptonshire.
Each club organises a diverse programme of activities, including arts and crafts, quizzes and games, speakers, sports, discos, days out, group holidays, and much more. The clubs usually meet once a week.
