The Caroline Walker Trust (CWT) was founded in 1988 after the death of the distinguished nutritionist, writer, and campaigner, Caroline Walker. She believed passionately in improving public health through good food. The trust was established to continue her work.
The CWT produces evidence-based reports that provide nutritional and practical guidelines to encourage eating well among specific vulnerable population groups. It also produces training materials to accompany its reports.

The World's Healthiest Afternoon Tea
The Caroline Walker Trust runs a campaign to improve food at after-school clubs and youth clubs. It holds an annual fundraising event (to fund resources for after-school clubs and youth clubs). It also supplies recipes and resources for healthier afternoon teas. For more information, visit worldshealthiestafternoontea.org.uk.
Please note: The CWT depends wholly on revenue from book publishing, report sales, donations, legacies, and project grants.
The Caroline Walker Trust is a registered charity (no. 328580).
