Keyways is a choice-based lettings (CBL) system for allocating social housing. It is a collaboration between Corby Borough Council, Kettering Borough Council, and the Borough Council of Wellingborough.
Rather than a borough council deciding which housing to offer you, the Keyways website allows you to browse online adverts, choose a property yourself, and apply for it directly, from all three borough council areas.
Available properties in Corby, Kettering, and Wellingborough are advertised each week on the Keyways website and in the main council offices. A printed newsletter is available if you cannot access Keyways by other means.
Property adverts on the Keyways website state whether priority will be given to applicants that have a specific mobility or disability need. You must state any requirements on your application.
