Learning Support

The Learning Support Team offers a variety of resources and support options for students with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND). It can provide support and guidance in the following areas:

  • Emotional, behavioural and social difficulties
  • Autistic spectrum conditions
  • Dyslexia and specific learning difficulties
  • Dyspraxia
  • Dyscalculia
  • Deafness and hearing loss
  • English and maths
  • Medical conditions
  • Mental health difficulties
  • Physical disabilities/mobility needs (including access to our buildings and facilities)
  • Study skills (organising your time and workload)
  • Understanding tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Visual impairments

Post-16 Travel Assistance:

Students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) who require transport to and from college are advised to contact the college directly for further information.
