Homegrown Care Farm opened in Spratton in Spring 2019. They offer flexible programmes with a wide range of positive experiences to meet individual needs. Service-users have the opportunity to learn new skills and gain experiences in animal care, horticulture, healthy living, and independence. Animals are used to help service-users prepare for employment. Tasks vary from day-to-day and season-to-season, but over the course of time service-users will experience a wide range of activities including collecting eggs and raising chicks into chickens, helping to clean, looking after and grooming a variety of animals, shearing sheep, horticulture, woodwork, and other seasonal agricultural opportunities. £85.00 per day.
