The National Development Team for Inclusion (NDTi) is a not-for-profit, social change organisation. It has been working for over 25 years with communities, governments, and public services to enable people at risk of exclusion, due to age or disability, to live the life they choose.

NDTi's areas of work are:

NDTi help organisations rethink what’s possible, and turn it into sustainable change that leads to better lives for the people who live in our communities. All of their work is inclusion-focussed, co-produced, and evidence-based.

Preparing for Adulthood

Preparing for Adulthood brings together a wide range of expertise and experience of working with young people and families, at a local and national level and across government. It supports young people into adulthood with paid employment, good health, independent living options, friendships, relationships, and community inclusion.
