Receiving your admissions data
School admissions files are sent via the school to school (S2S) system.
If your school is its own admission authority
Prior to receiving a file of applicants for their September intake, schools which are their own admission authority will receive communication directly from the Admissions Team, including a Capita.ict guide on how to complete the process and return a data file to the local authority.
Final intake file
All schools will receive a final intake file (ATF) on a pre-determined date as set out in the local authority’s coordinated scheme - see school admissions web pages.
For queries on file imports or exports, schools who take their support from the Capita Northamptonshire helpdesk can email email@example.com or call them on 0844 8922406 directly. Other schools must contact their own service desks.
