Receiving your admissions data
School admissions files are sent via the school to school (S2S) system.
If your school is its own admission authority
Prior to receiving a file of applicants for their September intake, schools which are their own admission authority will receive communication directly from the Admissions Team, including a Capita.ict guide on how to complete the process and return a data file to the local authority.
Final intake file
All schools will receive a final intake file (ATF) on a pre-determined date as set out in the local authority’s coordinated scheme - see school admissions web pages.
For queries on file imports or exports, schools who take their support from the Capita Northamptonshire helpdesk can email firstname.lastname@example.org or call them on 0844 8922406 directly. Other schools must contact their own service desks.
Capita guidance notes are available on the Capita support site (filter for Northamptonshire once you are on the site).
