Before paying for school transport, you will need to have made an
application and received confirmation from the school transport team that you are eligible.
You will need your customer number to pay for school transport. You will have received this in an email from the school transport team upon completion of your application.
Pay a monthly invoice
You can pay an invoice for school travel assistance on our
pay invoices page.
Pay full balance
If you chose to 'pay full balance online' as the preferred payment method within the initial application, the school transport team will have sent you an email containing a link to the payment form.

If you no longer have the email or didn't receive it, let us know by emailing
Schooltransport@northamptonshire.gov.uk (quoting the reference number from your initial application) and we will resend it to you.
