Service description:
The Northamptonshire Energy Saving Service (NESS) is a multi-agency service providing advice and information which is free, independent and confidential to address fuel poverty across Northamptonshire. Funded for 3 yrs May 2018 – 2021 through National Grid’s Warm Homes Fund.
They provide the following services:
Energy Comparison Review: An expert Energy Comparison Review by the NESS team can provide you with comparison information and guidance on reducing the cost of energy to your home. Advice covers electricity and/or gas, heating oil and LPG.
Home Energy Assessment: A professional technician from the Northamptonshire Energy Saving Service (NESS) team can provide a free and independent assessment of your home followed by practical measures to improve energy efficiency and reduce your energy costs.
Financial Health Check: The Northamptonshire Energy Saving Service (NESS) provides a free, confidential and independent financial health check to ensure your finances are in their best shape.
You can book an appointment with NESS or attend an outreach sessions. We will also be travelling around Northamptonshire in our mobile Rural Information Centre (RIC). Check the website to see when the RIC will be in your area.
