Service description:
We provide a comprehensive casework service from the beginning to the conclusion of your case, including representation at court / tribunal if necessary, in the areas of Welfare Benefits, Immigration, Debt and Housing. Please call us for advice. All our caseworkers and solicitors work to standards set by the Legal Aid Agency. We have also developed a not for profit fee paying service in immigration for those who do not qualify for Legal Help.
Benefits Advice - help with claims, challenging decisions, advice on entitlement.
Immigration – Family reunion, European worker’s rights, entry clearance applications.
Debt – Credit and other debt, bankruptcy, rent/mortgage arrears
Housing – Repossessions or homelessness including challenging homeless decisions rent/mortgage arrears, disrepair.
Energy Advice – energy efficiency in the home
Welfare Benefits, Debt and Financial Capability Training Courses across the county
