Service description:
If a child is in immediate danger, left alone or missing, you should contact the police directly and/or an ambulance using 999.
If you are concerned about the safety or welfare of a child, young person or an unborn child then there are a number of things you can do:
-You can make a referral directly to the NSPCC on tel: 0808 800 5000. Click here to visit the NSPCC. If you do not wish to give your name to the CYPS or NSPCC, you do not have to. If you do give your name, you can ask that your identity is not revealed to the parents/carer of the child concerned.
-If a child is in immediate danger or left alone, you should contact the police directly on 03000 111222 and/or an Ambulance (999).
