Service description:
Learn2b courses are free of charge to anyone who is currently experiencing any form of mental health distress.
Even if you have had symptoms in the past and you want to learn some coping strategies, there will be a course for you.
Initially, courses are designed to encourage your wellbeing, give you an opportunity to have some ‘time out’, learn something new and start to gain confidence in a social setting with like-minded people.
When you are ready, you can think about moving on to courses that help improve self-esteem, confidence, and reduce anxiety or stress.

Our tutors are selected specifically because of their own experiences of mental health illness. Qualified in subject matter and passionate about the principles of Learn2b, they are able to support individuals through a variety of teaching and learning in a safe and welcoming environment.
