Service description:

Youth clubs give young people a low-cost place to go (outside of school), and offer them a sense of belonging. Activities and support from club-leaders allow young people to learn new skills, build their confidence, and have fun.

The club is open to children and young people with profound multiple learning disabilities, aged 8-18 years (during term-time only).

Activities are planned to reflect a person-centred approach. Children and young people using the club help plan and evaluate the activities on offer. Activities usually involve a level of social education, plus leisure opportunities such as play and relaxation.
