Service description:
The Care with a Difference Activity Centre organise a disco for adults with disabilities and their carers. It takes place every Tuesday at The Plough Hotel, 7-9:30pm.
Playing songs you love from the 1960s right through to current chart music, the Tuesday Disco is a night not to be missed. It’s a great opportunity for people to socialise in a nightclub environment that is both secure and safe. With regular varied theme-nights running, the Tuesday Disco has something for everyone.
Facilities include:
A licenced bar serving draught lager, alcohol, soft drinks, and bar snacks
Ample parking
Plenty of seating
A wooden dancefloor with disco lighting, projected music videos and a raised DJ booth
A venue capacity of 300 people
Please note: Care with a Difference do their upmost to cater for individual needs. For example, there will be no strobes or flashing lights (for the benefit of people with photosensitive epilepsy).
