The Care with a Difference Choir is a great way for adults with disabilities to socialise and have fun.

While the feel-good effects of singing have long been recognised, there is growing evidence that it can have a positive impact on physical and emotional wellbeing too. What’s more, singing in a group often creates a sense of community and shared endeavour.
