Service description:
A charity working to provide opportunity, respect, friendship, and choice to improve the lives of individuals with mental health needs.
Support for Mental Health for Adults in the borough of Wellingborough. Provides a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment in which individuals can discuss any aspect of their life in the knowledge that you have heard and understood. All of the counsellors are members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in their ethical framework.
Crisis cafes are open at Wellingborough on Fridays from 4-9pm and Saturdays 12-8pm. These have professional mental health workers and they aim to support individuals to reduce any immediate crisis and to safety plan
