Qualifications:
Adult literacy level 1 & 2
Adult numeracy level 1 & 2
(Eligibility: Those who are claiming benefit, JSA or ESA.)

Learning Online Literacy Level 2:
(Eligibility: Minimum of Level 1 literacy Skill plus elementary computer skills).
