Northamptonshire has developed a number of strategies to underpin future activity to drive the county's economic growth.
A new shared approach to driving prosperity
The three counties of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire account for a gross value added (GVA) of around £45 billion, which is roughly equivalent to the Greater Manchester combined authority area.
The total population across the three counties is just under two million, forming a strategic hinterland to the North-West of London, and a key part of the Oxford to Cambridge Arc of innovation-led growth.
Significant potential growth can be unlocked through a more strategic approach to this area.
