My name is Anna Earnshaw and I am the Director of Northamptonshire's Adult Social Services (NASS), welcome to Northamptonshire Adult Social Service's Careers Page.

Our aim is to deliver an integrated community-based support system that helps people stay independent, healthy and safe. In order for us to provide this we require the right people with the right skills. There are many positions within Adult Social Care that don't necessarily need any qualifications. What's really important is that you're a kind, compassionate, thoughtful and empathetic person.

If you are considering a career in care, please consider working for a better future for your community.
