local library to become a full member. For eligibility and documentation required to join a library see 'Joining your library'.
A PIN number will be emailed to you after you have registered (Monday to Friday), but you can also get one from a local library. After registering you can access e-resources using your membership number and PIN. If you do not know your PIN please
request a new PIN and it will be emailed to you.
