If you are not in receipt of benefits or have already received a remitted fee in the same term then you will have to pay the full fee.
You are entitled to a reduction in your course fee if you receive any of the following benefits:
- Jobseekers Allowance (contribution and income based)
- Employment Support Allowance (ESA)
- Working Tax Credit
- Income Support
- Council Tax/Housing Benefit
- Guaranteed Pension Credit
- Incapacity Benefit (including severe disability allowance)
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
To claim a remitted fee you must provide evidence that you are in receipt of the benefit. This is limited to one course per term. Subsequent enrolments within one term will need to be paid at full fee.

Aim of Course:
An introduction to using the popular social media site Facebook to contact friends and family
(By the end of the course you should be able to)
a) Set up a Facebook account and add a profile
b) Upload photographs to Facebook
c) Send private messages
d) Know your way around the settings to change personal preferences
e) Add friends (and decline)

Practical exercises and demonstration
Do I need any prior knowledge or qualifications?:
Basic knowledge of computer/mouse/internet
What do I need to bring?:
Notepad and pen. Drink and snack. If you have your own laptop, you are welcome to bring it along.
