To claim a remitted fee you must provide evidence that you are in receipt of the benefit. This is limited to one course per term. Subsequent enrolments within one term will need to be paid at full fee.

Aim of Course:
An introduction to various authentic recipes whilst exploring a culinary journey. You will receive all the information and instruction needed in order to be able to recognise different spices and their uses, preparation methods and skills used to cook traditional dishes.
Learning Outcomes:
(By the end of the course you should be able to)
a) Identify and use a range of spices
b) Prepare, store and use fresh and dried spices
c) Be organised with essential ingredients and equipment for the recipes you may be following
d) Explore and use different cooking methods
e) Compile several authentic dishes using transferable skills
f) Create a variety of recipes for your family and friends to enjoy
How will the course be taught?:
The course will be taught be lecturing, demonstration of key skills, group discussion, individual practice and supervision.
Do I need any prior knowledge or qualifications?:
You need to enjoy cooking and have a willingness to try new tastes.
What do I need to bring?:
All the ingredients and utensils listed on recipe which will be given to you in 2 weeks prior to the session.
